Fellow Administrative Resident FT Days Position Summary

The Fellow/Administrative Resident provides support to the organization through the completion of assigned duites/responsibilities and projects.

Under direction of the assigned A-Team member/mentor the Administrative Resident will collect, synthesize and analyze data from various

sources to make recommendations and take action related to a specified area(s) of the business. Projects will be assigned with the intent of

the fellow/resident developing their knowledge, skills and experience related to different areas of hospital administration in order to test and

apply theory into practical work situations. Resident will be exposed to various positions in the organization to ensure a well-rounded experience

THE FELLOW ADMINISTRATIVE RESIDENT FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

MINIMUM EDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. Currently enrolled in post-baccalaureate

program.
