TransForce is hiring a CDL A Yard Driver for a swing shift position based in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady local work, consistent scheduling, and a driver-focused team environment.
Position Details
- Pay: $26.00 per hour
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
- Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
(Start and finish times may vary based on operational needs) - Route Type: Local Yard Driver
- Freight: No Touch
Responsibilities
- Perform trailer spotting and yard movements safely and efficiently
- Operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company policies
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
- Support fast-paced yard operations with a high volume of trailer moves
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable CDL A driving experience
- Yard spotting experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
