As the General Manager at JARS Cannabis, your day begins bright and early at 6 AM, unlocking and disarming the security system for a bustling day in our Arizona dispensary. You'll conduct a thorough walkthrough, ensuring our environment is pristine and ready for customers seeking affordable cannabis products. After a motivative team huddle to discuss daily goals and roles, it's all hands-on deck! You'll oversee the sales floor, guiding a dedicated team of budtenders while addressing customer inquiries that arise. With a mix of administrative duties, coaching, and on-the-spot troubleshooting, your leadership ensures that we deliver the best cannabis experience in Arizona.

As evening settles, you'll wrap up daily reports, secure the dispensary, and prepare for a fresh start the next day, all while knowing you've contributed to making JARS Cannabis the go-to destination for premium cannabis products and incredible Arizona dispensary deals.
