As part of our team, you’ll build meaningful relationships while helping clients age safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities
With empathy, professionalism, and care, you will:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light meal preparation and housekeeping
- Support clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
- CNA or HHA certification preferred OR
6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients
- Proof of current TB testing
- Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screenings
- Preferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience
(Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)
