Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek and presents a chance to work with a caseload of approximately 50 students, collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and support staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
• Valid SLP license and certification; SLP-CCC preferred (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly students with autism, strongly preferred
• Familiarity with school-based speech therapy and IEP processes
• Comfortable conducting teletherapy sessions as needed
• Effective communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students in a specialized autism program
• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using standardized tools
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
• Track progress and maintain thorough records aligned with program requirements
• Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Deliver services via both in-person and teletherapy formats, adapting to student and school needs
• Offer consultation, training, and resources to staff and families
