iLink Business Management is seeking a Bilingual 3rd. shift Onsite Supervisor to acquire qualified employees within a large spectrum of warehouse, logistics company in the city of Phoenix, AZ.

Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:00 pm to 5:00 am

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

DUTIES

• Scheduling, Screening, Recruiting, and Interviewing potential candidates
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
• Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
• Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Review and analyze resumes
• Attending and scheduling job fairs
• Conduct Drug Screens
• Conduct Background Checks
• Collecting Time, submitting to payroll
• Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees
• Conduct daily safety walks
• Promote safety by monitoring and coaching employees

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years in as a On-site experience required

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule) and have own vehicle.
