*Part time as low as 12 sessions/week --- Full time requires a commitment of 25 sessions/week*

Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team, with the additional option to provide supervision of SLPAs. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (if desired)

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Article 9 Certification
