Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative focused on reroof projects, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with property owners, managers, REITs, and facility decision-makers, ensuring Global remains the go-to partner for reroofing needs in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new reroof opportunities to expand Global’s market share across Arizona.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with property owners, managers, REITs, and facility decision-makers.
• Represent Global at local industry events (such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA) to maintain a strong presence in the business community.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of reroof projects to consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with estimating, sales, service, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Support targeted sales campaigns, property manager outreach, and regional marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in roofing or construction industry strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with the Arizona commercial real estate or property management market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to attend meetings, networking events, and site visits throughout Arizona.
• Ability to travel to trade shows outside of Arizona as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission.
