Regional Sales Manager

Remote (60% Travel Required) | Full-Time | Exempt/Salaried

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. Territory is: Arizona, New Mexico & Las Vegas, Nevada. This role carries full-cycle sales responsibility —from prospecting and pipeline management through job execution and post-project follow-up. The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical/industrial sales , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to build strong customer relationships across multiple touch points.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of our product line and capabilities.

• Proactively manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce, keeping opportunities current and accurately documented.

• Drive demand creation across multiple solutions and sales programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across maintenance, procurement, engineering, and corporate levels.

• Monitor RFQs, ensure timely follow-up, and track submittals with accuracy.

• Collaborate with Field Operations and Safety teams to ensure scope clarity and readiness for each project.

• Provide post-job support, including outage reports and billing questions, acting as the customer’s advocate.

• Support company-wide sales initiatives and stay aligned with customer outage schedules.

• Submit expense reports on a bi-weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Required : Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited university.

• Preferred : BS in Engineering or a related field.

• Proven success in mechanical/industrial sales or related industries (Pulp/Paper Mill, Steel Mill, Equipment, PetroChem, Utility, Carbon, Engineering)

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred).

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (up to 60%).
