Operations Support Associate

Urgent Short-Term Project Opportunity – Start Monday, Feb 9th!

We’re seeking candidates with excellent communication skills , a positive attitude , and the ability to hit the ground running.

Role Overview

In this position, you will provide proactive floor support across Zones 1, 2, and 3 to help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing safety risks and preventing prohibited items from entering automated operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform walk-throughs every 2 hours across Zones 1–3, monitoring cases moving through driveways.
• Identify and remove prohibited items—such as aerosol cans—to ensure compliance and safety within all zones.
• Confirm that only LOTO-certified personnel conduct intervention and recovery activities.
• Serve as an additional layer of operational support to minimize risks associated with manual handling and driveway movement.
• Escalate unsafe conditions, compliance concerns, or repeated issues to Operations and Safety leadership teams.

Required Skills

• Strong communication abilities
• Professional, approachable demeanor
• Basic familiarity with tools like Excel
• (Bonus) Experience around retrofit environments

Available Shifts (2 Open Roles)

1. 5 AM – 5 PM | Sun–Tues / every other Wed
2. 5 AM – 5 PM | Thursday–Sat / every other Wed

This is a Contract position based out of Buckeye, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
