Vaco Arizona is partnering with a growing company in North Scottsdale that is looking to add a Recruiter to their team. This onsite contract opportunity pays $30-$35/hour and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume hiring, and is passionate about creating a great candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for customer service, operations, and other hourly positions
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to candidates
- Maintain recruiting pipelines and track activity within the applicant tracking system
- Support hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer
Qualifications
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience filling hourly, customer-facing, or operational roles
- Strong ability to source and engage candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
