CT Rad Tech Job Details – Cottonwood, AZ

• Location: Cottonwood, Arizona 86326 (Northern Arizona healthcare jobs)
• Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital, Level I Trauma Center
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 09/15/2025 – End: 12/15/2025)
• Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
• Weekly Hours: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2220 - $2280
• On Call: 18-19 days of call in 8 weeks, including 2-3 weekends
• Floating: May float to outpatient cath lab or affiliate hospitals
• Scrubs: Provided for Cath Lab assignments
• Charting System: Cerner EMR
• Parking: Free onsite parking

CT Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• ARRT certification (required)
• Arizona MRTBE license (required for Arizona radiology jobs)
• Community hospital experience (required)
• EP/cardiac electrophysiology experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Ability to float to other units or affiliate facilities
• Comfortable with on-call and weekend coverage
• Two professional references required (one from most recent employer within 1 year)

CT Rad Tech Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac cath diagnostic and interventional procedures, including STEMI, NSTEMI, and cardiac disease cases
• Monitor and document procedures accurately in the EMR
• Maintain sterile field and scrub in for cardiac procedures
• Operate specialized cath lab equipment (GE System, MacLab, Xper)
• Perform EKG lead placement and 12 Lead EKG
• Assist with cardiac mapping, ablation, pacemaker/defibrillator device placement, and advanced procedures
• Float to outpatient cath lab or affiliate hospitals as needed
• Adhere to quality and patient safety standards
• Participate in orientation and complete required modules
