Leasing Manager
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to oversee our residential leasing operations. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing team, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required for leasing single-family homes in AZ).
- 2-3 years of leasing or property management experience (preferably with single-family homes).
- Excellent communication & sales skills, you can build trust and close deals!
- Marketing & Canva experience (a plus) helps create visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in office software for data entry and document management.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

What You'll Do:
Leasing Management:
- Oversee daily leasing office operations.
- Develop strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor the leasing team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Customer Service:
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new tenants.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage leasing paperwork, including agreements and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Financial Management:
- Monitor rental rates and recommend adjustments.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Property Inspections:
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to address issues.
