As a Security Officer Patrol Associate in Flagstaff, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings an agile, reliable, and innovative approach while supporting a welcoming environment for guests, tenants, and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, storefront areas, and high-traffic spaces for policy compliance, assist with directions and general assistance, and report maintenance and/or security-related issues as needed.
• Support closing and opening activities as assigned, check designated doors and gates, and communicate clearly with management, tenants, and/or first responders during incidents or operational needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
