Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes.

This is a full-time WFH (remote) position. Candidate must reside in either Arizona or Nevada .

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in various accounting software, as well as have solid experience with both Fuel and Sales tax processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization and will involve managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities include :

• Process multi-state sales tax and fuel taxes
• Inventory accounting
• Invoicing - daily
• A/P
• A/R
• Account reconciliation
• Asset management
• Cross company accounting
• Payroll entries

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online) and financial software applications
• Proficiency in Trinium software, a bonus
• Initiative-taker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions in the accounting system.
• Familiarity with sales tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare sales tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation.
• A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.

Schedule:

• 8-hour workdays (Shift time, fairly flexible)
• Monday to Friday
