Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Must be available daily between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our healthcare-focused call center team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and follow-up communications, providing support on prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential patient information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and conduct follow-up calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare programs and prior authorizations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and attention to detail
- Accurately enter and update data across multiple systems
- Handle 50–100 calls per day depending on complexity
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
- Stable work history (no jumpy resumes; tenure of at least 1 year per role)
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM environments preferred
Assessment Requirements:
Candidates must complete the following IKM assessments:
- Typing Test – One Space Version (1 min): Minimum 30 WPM
- Call Center – Telephone Skills: Minimum score of 75%

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
