Our Contracts team is now seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Tucson location to support existing and new relationships.
This will be a full-time hybrid role.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUEReview, draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts, amendments, terms, and conditions with clients and vendors.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Canyon Ranch policies.
Assess contractual language to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or business concerns.
Resolve contract-related questions or issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
Prepare, revise, and manage legal documents within the contract management system.
Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to support contract review, negotiation, and execution.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal, vendor, and business information.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULBring 3+ years of contract management, legal services, or related professional experience.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Strong knowledge of contract terms, legal terminology, and contract administration practices.
Attention to detail when reviewing, analyzing, and preparing documents.
Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
Organize and prioritize multiple contracts, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
Use contract management software (Concord) and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
