RV/Auto Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Customer Engagement Greet and build rapport with customers
• Identify needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned units
• Conduct detailed walk-throughs of vehicles
• Highlight features, benefits, and value
• Facilitate test drives and answer product questions
• Negotiate pricing and terms
• Prepare and complete sales documentation
• Partner with finance teams to finalize contracts
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings

RV/Auto Sales Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to walk outdoor lots and stand for extended periods

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
