Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred candidates bring prior experience in school settings or pediatrics, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are also considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT practice highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet student needs in group and individual sessions
• Commitment to professional growth and teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ needs and create individualized treatment plans to promote academic success and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Provide both direct and consultative OT services in accordance with students' educational plans
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention team meetings as required
• Attend training sessions and engage in ongoing professional development
