Trainer Coordinator and Administration

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer for group and one on one coaching. And open to work in the office. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude in order to build a strong client base. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and leadership qualities. Qualifications:

• Personal Trainer from a nationally accredited organization
• First Aid & CPR Certified (must obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
• Open minded with an ability to learn new approaches and can think outside the box.
• Optimistic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
• Desire to work full time which sometimes requires training clients in the mornings and evenings
• Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership, sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills
• A fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise technique to members
• Schedule Fitness Assessment appointments with new members
• Assist in gym promotions where applicable
• Gain familiarity with overall gym activities in departments including Fitness, Service, and Sales
• Re-rack all weights and assists in maintaining a neat, organized, and clean gym

Desirable Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or other related field preferred
• 1+ years personal or group training and exercise program design
• 1+ years sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
