Manufacturing Laborer 2nd Shift (noon- 8pm, $21.00 per hour)

Who we are looking for:

Atkore, a recipient of a Great Place to Work© certification and a Top Workplaces USA award, is searching for General Laborers to be based out of our Phoenix, AZ facility. Reporting to the shift supervisor, this person will be responsible for efficient bundling of product, using banding tools and other equipment to complete production. This person will need to work with the production team to communicate issues and ensure quality production.

What you’ll do:

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Read and understand detailed work orders.
• Work with urgency while maintaining a professional attitude to meet customer demand and standards.
• Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Atkore's Safety and Quality guidelines.
• Accurately completed required production and labor reporting paperwork.

What you'll bring:

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read tape measures, use hand tools, and handle product.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

• Complete initial training.
• Be able to troubleshoot production issues.
• Assist production team with changeovers, set-ups, and quality control inspections.
