Estimator - Commercial Construction

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Or equivalent field experience as a Superintendent/PM.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Tenant Improvement (TI) experience preferred.
• Procore & Construction Management degree = a plus.
