The Opportunity
As part of the Cloud Operations team you will engage in transformative cloud initiatives that enhance client experiences. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to Agile transformation workstreams, supporting cloud adoption, and driving measurable benefits through innovative solutions. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist (SA) or Leading SAFe Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT governance certification
- Demonstrating abilities in Agile transformation and cloud adoption
- Supporting DevSecOps enablement and CI/CD pipeline design
- Facilitating client workshops to define transformation goals, product delivery frameworks, and Agile governance processes
- Designing and implementing DevOps and automation practices in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
- Contributing to proposal development and client pursuits focused on Agile and Cloud transformation
- Developing Agile metrics and dashboards to measure transformation progress

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
