Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries in an outpatient clinic setting, working collaboratively with a team of therapists. The position requires current licensure for the state and offers a schedule of 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a contract duration from July 6, 2026, to October 3, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: 2010 N. 75th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85035
• Schedule: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, current license for Arizona or a valid Compact license, minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, 1 year of manual therapy techniques, ability to treat 14-16 patients per day, experience practicing as a physical therapist for 2 years, and BLS certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating sprains, strains, and fractures; travel therapy experience
• Additional Information: Candidates should have completed a minimum of one year of outpatient orthopedic experience and be licensed in relevant states. The position involves evaluating and managing patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, communicating effectively with medical teams, and providing assistance to colleagues in identifying issues.
