Location: Phoenix, AZ | Schedule: 2nd shift : 2:30pm- 11pm | Payrate 22/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assembler . This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the production of components that support advanced aerospace systems. In this position, you will play an important role in assembling mechanical and electromechanical components used in aerospace products. Your work will help ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency across the production process.

Role Overview

The Electro Mechanical Assembler performs basic assembly operations on medium to large components using machinery and assembly tools. This role involves repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards and meeting company production goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform simple assembly operations on large or medium-sized components

• Operate assembly machinery and equipment to complete production tasks

• Follow established procedures and production instructions

• Read and interpret blueprints or bills of material when required

• Perform repetitive assembly work while maintaining consistent quality

• Meet production quotas and deadlines

• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Experience performing mechanical or electromechanical assembly tasks

• Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures

• Basic ability to read blueprints or bills of material

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

• Comfortable using assembly tools and machinery

Pay Details: 22.00 per hour
