Customer Service Representative (Phoenix)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist walk-in customers
- Register individuals for hearings and maintain accurate records
- Respond to inquiries regarding case and hearing status
- Perform data entry and maintain case management records
- Conduct research across multiple databases
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors, paralegals, or administrative law judges
- Handle administrative tasks including mail processing, faxing, and document preparation
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong typing accuracy and computer proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
