SUMMARY

Monitors tasks, facilitates communication, manages marketing tools and resources, and leverages Salesforce and Pardot to support workflows. Collaborates with loan officers and teams to create targeted programs while upholding the marketing department's vision through proactive and flexible contributions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ticket Monitoring: Regularly monitor active tickets to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide updates to relevant stakeholders and flag any potential delays or issues.
• Communication Skills & Marketing Representation: Act as a key representative for the marketing department, demonstrating strong communication skills. Facilitate effective communication between the marketing team and other departments and assist in navigating training materials or resources as needed.
• Understanding of Marketing Resources, Tools, and Vendors: Maintain a solid understanding of all marketing resources, tools, and vendor relationships. Ensure these resources are utilized effectively to support project needs and deliver successful outcomes.
• General Knowledge of Account Engagement Platform (Salesforce Pardot): Leverage basic knowledge of Salesforce's Account Engagement platform to communicate and/or utilize workflows and automations. Ensure efforts are overseen and approved by the Marketing Operations Manager.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of Salesforce navigation, data input, and analytics, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of project progress. Use Salesforce to manage project workflows, monitor task completion, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Other Duties as Assigned: As an integral part of the marketing department, this position will require flexibility and the ability to engage in various projects as needed. This individual will take initiative, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and contribute to department growth to ensure success.

• Marketing for Loan Officers : Oversees all marketing efforts for assigned loan officers, teams and branches, collaborating one-to-one with loan officers to create and execute tailored marketing programs aimed at driving business growth.
• Marketing Department Support and Collaboration : Upholds the marketing department's vision by fostering strong relationships, ensuring a positive reputation through efficient and effective work, and collaborating with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support for loan officers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with project management tools and ticketing systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including data entry and workflow management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or Associate's Degree, or 2 years of marketing experience, preferred
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, preferred
• Experience managing internal communications platforms like Workvivo, preferred
• Previous project management experience in a marketing environment, preferred

• Mortgage industry experience a plus
