Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Procurement Analyst to support the BDS Supply Chain Planning team in Mesa, AZ, El Segundo, CA, Huntsville, AL, Ridley Park, PA, Seattle, WA, or Berkeley, MO!

The Entry Level Procurement Analyst will provide support for supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance in a defined commodity area. Strong communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in this role

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities
• Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems
• Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis
• Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience working in a self-directed role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience interacting with customers or suppliers
• Experience using SAP software

Summary pay range:

Huntsville, AL, Mesa, AZ, and Berkeley, MO: $54,400 - $67,200

El Segundo, CA, Ridley Park, PA, Seattle, WA: $57,800 - $71,400
