Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients per physician orders and standards of care
- Monitor patient status, assess needs, perform ongoing vital signs, and document changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments, manage IVs, and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and educate patients and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in the United States, Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory (unrestricted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within six months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute setting
- Ability to work night shifts in a Med Surg environment and adapt to a travel assignment
