Position: RN – Observation Unit (ER extension) Experience: 2+ years recent experience (within 6 months) required | 50-mile radius rule Unit: 16 beds | Common cases: chest pain r/o MI, post heart cath, stable pre-CABG, post IR/Endo procedures Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Requirements: Must pass dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts) and SIM lab on day 1 of orientation Floating: May float to Med-Surg/Telemetry units and Mercy Gilbert sister facility Other: Every 3rd weekend, Navy scrubs, 2-day unit orientation
