• Design and develop civil engineering projects from roadway alignments to water, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to drive smart, sustainable design decisions.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and detailed cost estimates with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and project standards.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and design staff , sharing your technical expertise.
• Use Civil 3D to create accurate and efficient design and drafting work.
• (If EIT) Perform stormwater management technical writing, calculations, and reports to support project documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in civil or site development projects (4+ preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• EIT certification preferred , but not required well support your professional growth either way.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the drive to take ownership of your designs.
• A passion for civil engineering and an eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate.
