Copywriter & Content Strategist
- Shape and execute a content strategy that aligns with marketing goals and drives consumer action across all touch points: web, email, ads, SMS, social, print, and more.
- Develop high-converting messaging for campaigns, landing pages, email nurture flows, paid ads, and product positioning that uniquely serve each stage of our customer journey (uninsured, quoted, member, loyalty).
- Write conversion-focused content that compels users to open, click, enroll, and engage, grounded in performance data and behavioral insight.
- Develop high-performing messaging for lifecycle campaigns, product benefits, and brand moments, focusing on what resonates with both students/families and schools.
- Own and manage a unified content calendar, aligning campaigns across teams and channels while ensuring consistency and momentum.
- 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial roles (bonus if within consumer, education, or insurance industries)
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and high-performing content across platforms
- Deep understanding of how to adapt tone, voice, and messaging for different audiences
- Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating across teams and channels
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing, and digital ad copy
- Detail-oriented, highly-organized, and ability to collaborate with key internal stakeholders
