$15.68/hour | Monday–Friday
Schedule: 11am to 5pm however must be available until 6pm based on ratio needs

As a Teacher’s Assistant, you will:

• Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Assist with care, supervision, and engagement of children.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment.
• Prepare materials, set up activities, and maintain a clean classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

What You’ll Need:

• Reliable transportation to the Surprise, AZ area.
• 1 year of experience in early care and education or related experience (volunteering, nannying, or weekend nursery work counts).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Must complete a pre-employment health appraisal and maintain updated health documentation every two (2) years thereafter in accordance with NAC accreditation standards.
• Ability to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB/Chest X-Ray, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
