High-Tech "Dental Oasis" Seeking Elite RDH! $52/hr Base + Dual Monthly Bonuses

• Practice: Chandler Dentistry

• Location: Chandler, AZ

• Compensation: $50.00 – $52.00/hr + Monthly Hygiene Bonus + Monthly Team Performance Bonus

• Schedule: Full-Time / Optimized 4-Day Work Week (No Friday or Weekend Shifts!)

  • Mon/Thurs: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Perfect for avoiding morning traffic!)

  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Exceptional Earning Potential: We recognize that top-tier clinical talent drives practice growth. In addition to a premier base rate of $50 – $52/hr, you are eligible for two separate monthly bonus tiers: a dedicated Hygiene production bonus and an office-wide Team Performance bonus.

As a Dental Hygienist at Chandler Dentistry, you are the cornerstone of our preventative and periodontal wellness programs. Working with modern diagnostic technology, you will deliver highly customized care, build trusting relationships with our patient family, and work hand-in-hand with our doctors to co-diagnose restorative and cosmetic needs.

• Deliver exceptional, patient-first preventive care, including detailed oral prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.

• Utilize Soft-Tissue Laser Certification to administer advanced periodontal therapy protocols safely and effectively.

• Execute precise digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and comprehensive periodontal charting to identify early markers of decay and systemic gum disease.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, systemic health connections, and custom home-care routines with a warm, empathetic approach.

• Collaborate effectively with our front office and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient tracking and perfect schedule flow.

• Licensure: Valid Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.

• Certifications Required: *

  • Soft-Tissue Laser Certification is required (or a strong commitment to finalizing certification prior to start).

  • Local Anesthesia Certification is required.

  • Nitrous Oxide Certification is required.

• Clinical Excellence: Strong understanding of periodontal staging, therapeutic codes, and modern hygiene workflows.

• Tech-Forward Mindset: Comfortable using digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern dental practice management software.
