Our agency opened in 2006 and is a close-knit team of five who take pride in helping our customers and supporting one another. Im a third-generation State Farm agent, and the business has always been a part of my life. That legacy has shaped the way I run the office, with a strong focus on service, relationships, and long-term success. Outside of the office, I love to travel and experience new places. Im also heavily involved in the community and various charitable efforts, staying active and giving back whenever I can. We offer a range of perks to support both work and life outside the office, including 15 days of PTO, a 3 p.m. close on Fridays, family-friendly flexibility, and free snacks. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
