ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2006 and is a close-knit team of five who take pride in helping our customers and supporting one another. Im a third-generation State Farm agent, and the business has always been a part of my life. That legacy has shaped the way I run the office, with a strong focus on service, relationships, and long-term success.

Outside of the office, I love to travel and experience new places. Im also heavily involved in the community and various charitable efforts, staying active and giving back whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
