Guardian Tax is looking for a motivated, upbeat, and results-driven Collections Specialist to join our Chandler office!

This is a structured, organized, phone-based role where you'll have real conversations, help clients navigate financial situations, and drive meaningful results for the company. Every call is different. Every day moves fast. And stacking small wins all day? That's a vibe.

The Role

• Spend the day on the phones connecting directly with clients
• Resolve accounts through consistent follow-up and confident communication
• Stack daily wins by meeting performance goals

✅ What We're Looking For

• Confident and professional phone demeanor with strong communication skills
• Comfortable navigating objections and having direct financial conversations
• Dependable, organized, and open to coaching
• Detail-focused with the ability to stay structured and on task
• Previous experience in call centers, collections, retention, or customer service preferred

Compensation

• $18/hour base pay
• Performance bonuses  with the ability to earn an effective hourly rate of $23–$24
• Full-time, steady hours  with consistent expectations
