Job Title: Personal Administrative Assistant (Construction Experience Preferred)

Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience

IBARRA DRAKE CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a growing construction company based in Concho, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Administrative Assistant to support our Owner/Engineer and General Manager.

In this vital role, you will be of handling administrative tasks ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Owner/Engineer and General Manager on occasion..
• Assisting to manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and working under the direction of the General Manager.
• Handling correspondence, including emails and letters.
• Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Assisting with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as needed.
• Coordinating office supplies and equipment.
• Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
• Assisting with various projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation to Concho, AZ.
• Drug Screening and Background Check
