Travel Nurse - Telemetry Job in Peoria, AZ - $8,989 per Month (2 Years Experience Needed)

This contract pays approximately $8,989/month gross.
Assignment details:
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift length: 12 hour shifts
- Hours per week: 36
- Start Date: ASAP
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
- Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
