Join Our Team!
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our residential community. This role is responsible for ensuring timely repairs, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining the overall condition of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with property management for inspections and capital improvements
- Maintain inventory of supplies and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
- Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances
- May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs.
- Receives service requests, prioritizes work orders and handle them each in the most efficient manner.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
