Financial Data Analyst
- Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial data from multiple systems including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, ADP, and banking platforms.
- Design and maintain automated financial reporting tools and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor and report on cash flow trends, sales data, and expense variances to support forecasting and business planning.
- Partner with Accounts Payable and Receivable to validate transaction accuracy and ensure proper categorization in QBO.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing reconciled data sets, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems through validation, error resolution, and quality checks.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management, operations, and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools that streamline accounting and reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial data processes and support compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Assist with financial analysis on operational metrics, product performance, and global cost tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial data analysis, accounting, or business analytics.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Working knowledge of Zoho or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and data reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data effectively.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with data integration or automation workflows (e.g., Power Query, Zoho Analytics).
- Understanding of cost accounting or FP&A fundamentals.
