Job Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based therapy interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve function. This role supports patients across a variety of clinical settings while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed PT

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s or higher)

• Valid Arizona PT license

• CPR/BLS certification

• Valid Arizona driver’s license + auto insurance (state minimums)

Preferred: experience in specialty areas (ortho, neuro, sports, geriatrics, etc.), advanced certifications (OCS, NCS, SCS), or bilingual (English/Spanish)
