Job Opportunity – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Arizona
Start Date: July (2-month full-time coverage through August)
Location: Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 10–20 shifts per month | Weekend and on-call rotation required
Highlights:
- Diverse case mix including General Surgery, OB/GYN, GI, and Orthopedics (majority), with occasional Cath Lab cases
- Two main operating rooms with manageable daily volume
- Off-site beeper call with hourly call-back pay structure
- Rotating call schedule: 2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, 4th week on-call
- 4-week weekend rotation for balanced work-life schedule
- Average credentialing time of 30 days; emergency privileges available for clean files
Requirements:
- Active Arizona medical/CRNA license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Board Certified
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Clean malpractice history with no background issues
- Full-time availability (minimum 3 weeks per month)
- Completed CRNA skills checklist and EPA documentation required with application
