General Office Assistant (Part-Time)
Premise One is seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time General Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations. This role provides general office support to leadership, project managers, and field operations, helping maintain organization, communication, and efficiency across the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced project and construction environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and project teams
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Support project managers with document preparation, data entry, and file organization
- Help maintain project documentation and shared drive folders
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
- Perform scanning, copying, and general document preparation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a construction, contracting, or project-based environment
- Familiarity with project documentation or job files
- Exposure to tools such as Smartsheet, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
