Position: Service Advisor Employment: Full Time Location: Phoenix, AZ Start Date: ASAP Courtesy Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business since 1955. - Greet customers with professionalism, hospitality, and respect
- Clearly explain service recommendations and repair solutions
- Manage repair orders and workflow efficiently
- Sell services honestly and effectively
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone in a clear, professional manner
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate shuttle service for customers when needed
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Support teammates and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership service department preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK a plus)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
