Exemption Status: Exempt (Salary plus Monthly & Quarterly Bonus)
Reports To: Branch Manager
Hours per Week: Min 40

As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our branch, assisting the Branch Manager in daily operations and being the friendly face that welcomes new applicants. -Be the first point of contact for applicants and make them feel valued.
-Assist with the smooth daily operations of the branch.

What We’re Looking For:
-A professional appearance and excellent bi-lingual communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic setting.
-Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist with daily operations
● Provide superior customer service to Applicants, Employees, and Vendors
● Perform daily and weekly payouts for our employees
● Oversee the onboarding process from the application to E-Verify and I-9 management
● Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting for all staffing needs
● Basic administrative duties as needed
● Duties assigned by the Branch Manager as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*Education Level Required: Minimum of a High School education
*Experience Required: At least 1 year of general work experience. At least 1 year of customer service or working with the public.
*Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish (French is a plus)
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
*Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
*Familiarity in effectively navigating and using a computer
*Must be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management
