Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Social Security Disability Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing clients before Administrative Law Judges and handling claims at various stages of the SSDI/SSI process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in disability hearings before ALJs across the U.S.
• Review and develop medical evidence and legal arguments to support claims
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and SSA staff
• Prepare hearing briefs, appeals, and other legal documents
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and junior attorneys
• Maintain compliance with SSA procedures and firm policies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Arizona
• Minimum of 5 years of Social Security Disability experience required
• Proven track record of success in SSDI/SSI claims and hearings
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, client-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish or other language) a plus
• Experience with case management systems (e.g., Prevail, Legal Files)
