If you want a career beyond a job, Iron Mountain wants to hear from you. **Responsibilities:** This role is primarily responsible for performing the document preparation and scanning tasks. These tasks are performed within all DMS Imaging Centers. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives. + Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning - document preparation + Scan hardcopy files to electronic images. Assuring a quality image + Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking + Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment + Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager **Qualifications:** + Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience + Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English + Work independently with minimal supervision + Understand the importance of detail and accuracy. + Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work. + Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. + Identified candidate will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check successfully prior to start **Join us at the Mountain where culture and values are practiced and respected every day.** Category: Operations Group Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
