Candidate must know the proper procedures for bolt up and tensioning of bolts, as this is an opening for detail crew. Candidate must be willing to work overtime, as the site hours will range from 50-60Hrs a week. **Immediate start is a plus. Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in layout, rigging, connecting, bolting and welding steel by following prints and instructions while guaranteeing all quality and safety standards are met.
- Cut, position, and bold down steel bars to reinforce concrete.
- Erect steel frames.
- Drill holes into steel for bolts.
- Bolt or weld pieces in place.
- Set reinforcing bars into forms to hold concrete.
- Tighten cables.
- Read and follow blueprints, sketches and other instructions.
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must be able to lift 70lbs and withstand the physical demands of erecting steel
- Possess an OSHA 10 or higher
