You will serve as the primary point of contact for families considering this educational pathway.

Your weekly activities will include responding promptly to incoming inquiries, shepherding families through admissions steps, and converting initial curiosity into completed enrollment. You will also attend local community events on behalf of Unbound Academy to cultivate new leads and strengthen regional awareness. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next application cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and beginning admissions discussions via phone
• Articulating Unbound Academy's virtual educational model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
• Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application and into enrollment
• Recording all engagement in a CRM with precise notes, defined next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and facilitating local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and generate fresh leads

• Allowing inbound leads to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on rigid scripts or functioning like a transactional call center operator
• Participating in events without actively presenting or capturing prospective family information
• Devoting most of your time to back-office duties during periods of active enrollment demand

Basic Requirements

• Located in Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• Confident making regular phone calls and navigating families through multi-step procedures
• Exceptional verbal communication ability with skill in building trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or presenting at community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic coursework or professional experience in communications, education, or a related discipline

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
