Join our dynamic team at Melinda Instal in the Construction industry as a Web Chat Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform, providing timely and helpful responses to their inquiries.

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via web chat to address their questions and concerns
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our products and services
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues as needed
  

Requirements:

• Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software

Qualifications:
